What's up everybody it's SGV news first, me and Av Watchman wiere in the City of Woodland Hills and ran into a USPS that was connected to mall property. Pruneyard Shopping Center v. Robins, 447 U.S. 74 (1980), was a U.S. Supreme Court decision issued on June 9, 1980 which affirmed the decision of the California Supreme Court in a case that arose out of a free speech dispute between the Pruneyard Shopping Centerin Campbell, California, and several local high school .. there's the case law that says we can film in public accessible areas even if they're private property look it up for yourself educate yourself.. this is the old Mall property that's not functioning besides the movie theater at the moment but the guard still wanted to kick ass off property. But we need to understand here is even if we're on a private business private property we still have the right to film our interactions. Owen can tell you that you can or cannot use a camera on a parking lot or even inside the mall in common areas. Play Sade is dedicated to California Guardian for bringing out his knowledge filming in common areas where it is open to the public an example is on my property inside the mall where there are seating areas and or gathering areas like food courts.
